What we do
We run a host of activities and programmes to support local primary schools in Tottenham. Ranging from Academic Support and Enrichment to Careers and University education, we hope to enrich the educational experience for pupils in the local community.

About Us
Ms Ally Birchall - Partnership Primary Coordinator
Ally has a degree in Ancient History from UCL and has worked in the Legal and Accounting sectors for six years. She completed her PGCE in Primary Education from Middlesex University and has a decade of experience working in primary schools in Haringey. Ally specialises in teaching upper KS2 and acknowledges the importance of early intervention in academic and extracurricular programmes and transitions between key education stages. She now runs the primary school outreach programmes for Chrysalis East within LAET, supporting local primary schools and the children of Tottenham.
Ms Rihana Ssesaazi - Chrysalis East Primary Teaching Fellow
Rihana, a member of the 2018 LAET cohort, graduated from school in 2020. She went on to study History and Politics at Queen Mary University of London. After earning her degree, she worked as a teaching assistant at an SEN school and has now joined Chrysalis East as a Primary Fellow.
