Immersion days at LAE Tottenham are designed to give prospective students the opportunity to have a taste of A Level study in either STEM or Arts subjects.
On the STEM day, students will be given a scenario within which they will need to use their scientific and technological knowledge. Activities will vary from understanding the different techniques for dissection to using Autodesk 360 to create a 3D model and many more.
Our Arts day will use William Blake's 'The Tyger' as a stimulus to study responses to the Enlightenment, Romanticism and the birth of the 'modern' world. Using two of Blake's paintings as a starting point, students will learn how to respond to Blake's art and life as literary critics, artists and historians.
Both days promise to be a thought provoking taste of academic A Level study.

Saturday 25th November, 11:00am – 3:00pm
Saturday 10th February, 11:00am – 3:00pm
Please note that the Art and History session will run from 11:00am - 12:15pm.
Lunch will also be provided for all in attendance.
